These terms govern how families, schools, and guests use UAE School Listing, including account use, listings, inquiries, and general platform responsibilities.
1. Using the platform
UAE School Listing helps families discover and compare schools and connect with them. You agree to use the platform lawfully and to provide accurate information.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Accounts
Parents can self-register. School (owner) accounts are provisioned by our team to verify listings.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
3. Listings & content
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information (fees, seats, curricula, contact details).
We may review, moderate, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant.
4. Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, the information you include is shared with the relevant school so they can respond. We are not a party to the resulting communication or any enrollment decision.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee availability or completeness of any listing.
To the extent permitted by law, UAE School Listing is not liable for decisions made based on platform content.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
