Usage data such as saved schools, comparisons, and inquiries you submit, used to power your dashboard and improve discovery.

To operate the platform: authenticate you, show your shortlist and inquiries, and connect parents with schools.

To improve the service and keep it secure. We do not sell your personal data.

When you submit an inquiry to a school, the details you include are shared with that school so they can respond.

We use trusted service providers (hosting, email, image storage) that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your profile, or by contacting us.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel.

When you use the Contact Us form, we collect the name, email, optional phone number, subject, and message you provide, plus a hashed IP address for abuse prevention. Contact messages are accessible only to authorized platform administrators; resolved messages are retained for 12 months and spam messages for 3 months before automated deletion.
